Why Tarot Is in My Business Toolkit
Energy First, Results Follow
This week was a lot. Not a crisis—just life doing what life does. If I only stared at numbers and the status of all the moving parts, I'd likely give up. But my job isn’t to react; it’s to regulate and direct energy so the business keeps moving, clients feel held, and revenue grows with integrity. At the same time, I stay hopeful and excited about what I’m building. No matter what.
So I pulled Tarot cards with a deeper intention than usual this week—not to predict, but to calibrate. As I do.
The Pull — Applied
I am not looking to fix anything; I just want to keep the energy high and focused on what I desire: love, clean boundaries, presence, and the next aligned move. Tarot helps me gain clarity daily. Here's how that translated into my week based on the 4-element pull I did on Sunday:
Card 1 Earth — Reversed Queen of Cauldrons (nourish myself first):
The card reminded me to protect my energy instead of falling back into my pattern of over-giving. I honored it with a slower morning (yes, I slept in), a 30-minute walk, and extra time spent on reading and planning. The shift was immediate: my awareness and presence increased significantly, and my productivity skyrocketed.
Card 2 Water — The Druid ( double down on my investment in me):
This card called me back to the wisdom of rhythm and structure. I ran my morning routine for mental and physical health with even more vigor. My familiar ritual cut through the noise, and I felt myself remembering exactly who I am and why I am here.
Card 3 Fire — Reversed Seven of Wands (create from joy):
The message was to stop wasting energy defending or explaining myself and instead focus on what matters. I did precisely that. And here I am on the road again, doing my thing. Happy, free, and growing the business that supports the life of my dreams!
Card 4 Air — Five of Shields (choose abundance):
The card pointed to the scarcity, fear, and guilt stories that creep in and asked me to choose differently. So I acted like a woman who trusts her intuition—Scarcity off. Focus on. Fully empowered.
Energy Management Is the Operating System
I build my business with structure (EOS principles) and, of course, my 3 C’s—Clarity, Confidence, and Certainty. Yet, Tarot has become a significant part of my energy management. It shows me what matters now, where I already have proof and support, and which move will compound if I do it today. This clarity is not coming from spirits or anything woo-woo; it comes from within. The cards simply illuminate what I already know, raising my energy and deepening my intention. When I’m in a space of faith, well-resourced with energy and emotional stamina, I coach more effectively, create higher-value assets, and close deals with ease. When I'm not, I overwork, overgive, and undercharge. No one wins in that scenario. As you can see, the practice of pulling cards is my daily reset and intention setter.
If you want to try it, keep it simple: regulate your body with a few deep breaths, set one clear intention, and pull a quick spread (like the Four Elements). Then, translate it into your desired energy, outcomes, and actions for the day. Clean energy, clean execution. If you'd like to delve deeper, here is a glimpse into my world.
My Core Rituals (what I actually do)
Meditation ( 20-30 min ).
Simple, present-focused: soft gaze or eyes closed, attention on breath. Some days a quiet mantra; some days open awareness. The goal is awareness and presence, not perfection.
Kundalini yoga + breathwork (15-25 min).
Short kriyas to wake the spine and nervous system (think spinal flex/cat-cow) and breath practices like Long Deep Breathing or gentle Breath of Fire when appropriate. Intention set before I start.
Journaling (15 min).
10 sentences that begin with "I am so happy and grateful for_____________" and a few other prompts. I use the Maniscripting journal for both my morning journaling and my Tarot pulls.
Tarot (5-10 min).
Most days, I pull the top and bottom cards to represent the energy I am calling in and the energy I am releasing. On weekends, I do longer spreads, such as the Four Elements spread.
Affirmations & visualization (3-5 min).
I anchor a few lines channeled from the reading—I lead with certainty. I create from overflow. I am supported, guided, and free. Then I visualize one client receiving the exact transformation they desire, and I feel it land, or any other desired outcome, burning in my heart at the time.
Other Energy Hacks
Grounding: Bare feet on the floor/earth, slow exhales, hum or long sigh to soften the system (5-10 minutes). One of my Faves!!
Movement: A walk, mobility, or a short strength circuit (10–20 min) to clear mental fog.
Contrast/cold exposure: Brief cool rinse or ice bath if appropriate and safe; focus on relaxed breathing and gradual exposure.
Evening downshift: Light off screens, journal three wins for the day, tomorrow’s top three desired outcomes to let the nervous system rest.
Use what serves you; skip what doesn’t. The point is regulation, not performance.
What Shifted—Right Away
As you can see, after this pull, decisions were clear and choiceless for me. The results? Higher conversions, more consistent lead flow, and a healthier pipeline because I’m leading the right conversations with the right people instead of falling into an old but familiar downward spiral. PLUS more joy, freedom, and abundance.
That’s why Tarot belongs in my business toolkit. It keeps my energy clear, my leadership bold, and my execution aligned. That’s not woo. That's Soulful Prosperity—where energy meets systems and results show up.
Mantra for today: I am the source of love and abundance. I create without struggle. I am supported, guided, and free.
Love, Light, and Prosperity,
