My shift happened when I caught myself hiding behind “busy.” I was doing great work, posting about it nonstop, with little to no results as far as new clients go. The second I committed to speaking (on stages, in rooms, on camera), everything accelerated: better clients, bigger opportunities, deeper fulfillment.
I am in the beginner stages of my speaking journey—and I’m 100% committed to it. Do I still feel the flutter? YES! Honestly, I often go through a dark night of the soul for 24 hours before and after. Yet, I claim it as excitement—and I ride it to the end.
I like to apply my 3 C's formula.
Clarity — What is the one idea you want them to carry out of the room?
Confidence — Breathe, ground, and choose the energy you want to bring to the room before you speak.
Certainty — Practice till you have structure and rhythm. MASTER it!
Drop the armor. Keep your grounded confidence. We’re not here to impress; we’re here to connect with people on a really deep level. Then lead with presence.

Start where you are and move one rung each week:
Linkedin: Comment daily on a relevant posts and community threads.
Post your story (200–400 words) + one call to action.
Go live for 5 minutes 1x a week: teach one idea, answer one question, invite one step.
Guest on a podcast or do an IG Live with a peer.
Host a 20-minute micro-workshop (Zoom or local).
Panel or fireside chat at a networking event.
Signature talk (15–30 minutes) with a clear call to action at the end!
Record everything. Turn one talk into 10 clips.
A Simple Rhythm That Compounds
Weekly Go Live for 10 minutes
Monthly: One live training or speaking engagement.
Quarterly: Update your signature talk and refresh your go to stories.
Always: Track the real KPIs—conversations started, calls booked, revenue closed, and how your leadership feels in your body. (If your energy tanks, recalibrate. Burnout isn’t part of the plan.)
